This page clarifies how we handle your privacy including but not limited to emails, posts and any other information exchanged between you and our company/representatives.
E-mail correspondence & other posts -
Your name, email addresses and any information exchanged between us will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Passport copies, photographs and ID details -
- Travelling involves a lot of things including but not limited to arrangement of visas, permits, flights, entrance tickets and special documents. In many cases, application must be submitted to concerned authorities several days or weeks prior the actual trip.
We may ask for copies of your passports, photographs, ID or other personal information; only if that is required by the government agencies and only if it is mandatory. Only essential information will be shared with authorities and all other copies will be destroyed.
- We employ industry standard security systems to protect your information. Once it has been used to obtain necessary visas/flights/permits, the information will be permanently deleted from our systems (this means these details stay with us only for few hours or days at most and they are gone forever). Only key persons of our company have access to sensitive data. All information we hold are encrypted.
Websites -
Our websites do not collect personally identifiable information. They may use cookies (small text files stored temporarily) to collect technical information such as operating system used, browser, screen resolution, country, time/duration of visit. This helps improve our services without compromising on your privacy. You may turn those cookies off on your browser.
Photographs -
Normally, we do not put high-resolution close-up photographs on our website & social-media channels where participants can be personally identified. We will remove any other picture in question upon receiving request from participants if they appear there and want to get removed.
References -
Some travellers ask for previous customers' reference to verify some information before booking future trips. In such situations, we will first seek your permission and only upon receiving your approval we will forward limited details/information to such person seeking reference. All this is done in good faith and to avoid inconvenience to any side.
Newsletters -
We do not like to send high-volume newsletters - we think they are annoying. For just a few times in a year, if any, we may send you personally written letter to tell you about some wonderful trips we did in recent times that we think you would love to know, and some of the upcoming trips you might like to look at in future. We will never bombard yours or your contact's emails with constant newsletters or marketing offers.
