What visas do I need?

Do you have insurance your guide, porters and staff?
Sure we do. In fact, we are among very few companies in Nepal who have insurance that covers helicopter evacuation for their entire field staff including guide and porters.
What about insurance for clients?
Participants must arrange their own insurance - adequate enough to cover health, emergency evacuation (ambulance and helicopter rescue services), loss and damage.
Which hotels are used? Can I change?
Unless mentioned otherwise, we use 3 star category hotels. These hotels are hand picked based on our evaluation and feedback from past clients. We also offer upgrade to 4 or 5 star for those willing to pay extra. It is also possible to go budget if you need that.
What is needed for booking?
- Trip deposit (normally 10% of total trip cost)
- Passport details (Surname, Given Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport Number,
Date of Passport Issue, Date of Passport Expiry)
- Photograph (plain background, scanned/digital photo by email)
- Passport details (scanned copy may be requested for some trips if needed)
How long my passport has to be valid?
At least for next 6 month by the time your trip ends.
