This is a moment when our trek of a lifetime - walk to the base of the world's highest mountain - the Mount Everest begins. The beautiful Namche Bazar, the Tengboche monastery and small settlements at Pheriche and Lobuche are little things that inspire joy to all. For several days, we walk past beautiful Sherpa villages, cross suspension bridges over roaring rivers, visit the colourful monasteries and keep on going until we arrive at the Everest Base Camp.

While you don't need to be super athlete to be able to do the Everest Base Camp Trek, you surely need to be in a good physical shape - which means be able to walk in uneven terrain for 6-8 hours everyday for nearly two weeks.
